Being a community leader in the annual Baton Rouge Kidney Walk.

The staff of Renal Associates has consistently been the top team donor for the Baton Rouge Kidney Walk. The money raised helps fund the National Kidney Foundation’s Louisiana programs, including a crisis intervention fund for kidney failure patients, a summer camp for children with CKD, area Kidney Health screenings, and various education initiatives.

Our employees, especially our Nurse Practitioners, regularly volunteer at local Kidney area screenings.

Our staff assists with patient consultations, assists with lab testing, and processes over 100 patients at each screening.

Renal Associates is also proud to sponsor the Kidney Walk Kids Korner annually.

Every year during the holiday season, the Renal Associates staff chooses a charitable initiative to support.

In recent years, we have “adopted” a family whose home was ravaged by the Baton Rouge flood of 2016, as well as another family who was dealing with medical hardships.

We have also donated clothing and supplies to a Domestic Violence Shelter and raised funds for a Medical Mission Trip to Africa taken by local medical students and one of our own Nurse Practitioners. Our team chooses initiatives that are meaningful to them and loves the opportunity to give back to our community.
